Soap: Do not use soap on your skin as soap contains substances that causes dryness. Use a natural cleanser that contains plant-based ingredients. The best thing for dry skin is natural plant-based substances.
Silk and or cotton fibers are preferred material when looking for clothes to wear, especially underwear. They allow your skin to breathe. On the other hand wool is a natural fiber but very irritable.
Wash your clothes with delicate detergent that does not contain fragrance or dyes. Make sure you also look for soft material that is soothing to the skin. Always moisturize your skin after cleansing to prevent to ensure you do not cause your skin to become too dry.
